If you still can't find the answers in our FAQs page, please send your email query to support@passionato.com. All queries will receive a dedicated and personal reply and we aim to get back to you quickly.
Please provide a detailed description of your problem. Most problems can be solved quickly; if the problem can not be solved within 72 hours, we will offer you a refund.
Defective and mistaken tracks are problems caused by our suppliers and usually take 5-7 business days to correct. We take every complaint seriously and attempt to solve the problem quickly, but in these cases, we need to rely upon the record labels to correct the problems. In most cases, you will be offered a refund while we work on obtaining a new file.
Our dedicated Customer Service team will respond to all incoming correspondence within 5 working days from when the letter has been received.
